The opportunity

You will have the opportunity to help build a growing business that is bringing original solutions to interesting and multi-faceted client issues with some of the UK’s leading companies. We combine data science and transformation and, as such, we challenge the methods that traditional management consultancies adopt. Whilst no two projects are the same, you can be sure that each one will be challenging and complex, testing your resilience, thinking and influencing skills as you engage with the client to take them on the change journey. At present, our projects are UK based and predominantly in London. Key responsibilities

  • Defines, distil and prioritise client’s data architecture requirements.
  • Design end to end Business Intelligence and analytic solutions form pipelines to data quality, from DWH modelling to dashboard design.
  • Partners with other architects, infrastructure and software experts to define data platform architecture that suit client needs and requirements.
  • Communicate to business stakeholders to influence requirements and agree optimal value delivery strategy and architecture.
  • Support business development effort to
  • Participate to the definition of testing strategy.
  • Ensure business access to adequate, understandable, accurate data.
  • Design, develop and continuously improve supporting activities (automation of versioning and release management, scheduling, security models, impact assessment of new changes).
  • Accountable for End to End solution.

Desired skills and experience

  • Demonstrable experience in Data Science / Machine learning / Software Dev
  • Experience in: statistical modelling / signal processing / data visualisation / data wrangling
  • Data Warehousing: SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure, AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, SAP or similar
  • Data Integration: Databricks, Talend, SSIS, Pentaho, Informatica or similar
  • High level of experience with Python and standard data science libraries
