We have developed a data-enabled “platform” business model to improving the pathway performance for welfare-to-work interventions. Using just seven data points, we were able to advise on a £100’s-million risk transfer outsourcing contract. And we supported a higher education organisation to bring to market an innovative “free-to-student” coding school reaching candidates who would typically not tread the traditional path to university.
